Septic System Inspections
Buying or selling a home can be a hectic time but don't forget to have the septic system inspected!
Both parties should ensure the septic system has recently been pumped and the entire system inspected by a certified inspector.
At Snake River Septic, we are certified in Oregon to perform septic system inspections. We will pump the tank and do a thorough examination of the entire system from the cleanout to the drain field and everything in between. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a Statement of Condition with all the details of the system including; a map with the known locations/depths, a list of known materials used, the condition and functionality of the components, along with requirements/suggestions/recommendations to repair any broken component.
Don't be one of the unfortunate new home buyers who get stuck with costly repairs and replacements
because they weren't educated about the septic system.
